The international travelling photography exhibition WATER continues with another stop in Białystok, Poland, where it is presented at the Białystok Cultural Center from September 16 to October 14, 2026.
The WATER project brings together authors from the V4 countries and Ukraine and, through documentary photography, presents different perspectives on water - as a natural resource, living environment and symbol, as well as a subject connected to the climate crisis, landscape memory and everyday life.
The exhibition in Białystok follows previous presentations of the project in Bratislava, Budapest, Opava and Ukraine, continuing its international journey across the region.

The exhibition was created based on the selection of an international jury composed of Magdalena Herrera, Clément Saccomani and Jana Hojstričová.
The project was prepared by the SLOVAK PRESS PHOTO Foundation with the support of the:
International Visegrad Fund and in cooperation with project partners HERALD Europa,
Institute of Creative Photography, Białystok Interphoto and MYPH.
