You are kindly invited to the photo exhibition Rising Sea Levels: Where Will We Go? by Dutch documentary photographer Kadir van Lohuizen.
Where Will We Go? looks at the human consequences of the rising sea levels. Due to climate change the glaciers the world over are retreating and the ice of Greenland and Antarctica is melting at an increasing pace. This is the main cause of the world’s rising sea levels. Coastal erosion, inundation, and much more frequent coastal surges mean that people have to flee their homes. Should humanity start preparing for the biggest displacement of mankind in known history?
The exhibition at Zichy Palace at Ventúrska 9 in Bratislava will open on September 2, 2019, at 18.30 o’clock.
The show will be on view till October 4, 2019.
